When I am making live calls I don’t use a script I simply ask questions and go with the flow. I would recommended for everyone else to do that as well. However when leaving voice mails I use the same scripts every time. You defiantly want to make them flow however so it doesn’t sound like you are reading a script. This is my technique for voice mail.

Day 1 – Call Leave message if no answer
