People...Some are energetic, some keep to themselves, some are suspicious, some are naive, some are rich, some are poor, some are positive, some are negative, some are ignorant, some are intelligent. Out of six billion people on the planet none of us are like the other.

No matter our differences one thing is for sure everyone has the ability to succeed. Some of us may be less fortunate than other but within us God has placed all that we need to change our situation by simply focusing on a better situation.

Some of us have been involved in the Network Marketing industry for years and year after year we struggle to make any measurable progress in building our organization. Why is this, is it because we are not as smart as people people who are already successful? No, we all have the same ability to learn so this cannot be our answer. Do they work harder than we do? No for years we've worked our tales off but little progress takes place.

We can come up with many excuses as to why he made it and I did not but they remain just that, an excuse.

We've been told for year that in order to be successful in this industry that all we have to do is help others be successful. Problem is the same people that said this invested little or no effort into developing our people skill. Like the title says this is a people business and if we do not know how to read people, teach and train people or even care about the people we are trying to get into our business what would make us think that they would ever want to join us? Good thing for us these are learnable skills, but we must take the time to develop these skills in order to gain progress. Good thing about this industry is you can learn and earn at the same time. In the beginning things may start out slow but the more time and effort you spend on learning how to really be a leader the more people you will have that will gladly follow you. Just think about it, would you follow someone who takes little or no interest in your family, interest, etc.? I did not think so.

Please, do yourself a favor and become a leader, a mentor and a person who truly cares for the well being of the people you do business and I promise that things will start looking up in your career. Do not ever give up on your dreams!
