Why you ask! There are various reasons for this.

First, they are taught to build a business with their warm market. I don't know about you, but I am sure that if someone in my warm market wanted to start a network marketing business, I would have heard about it already. I spent more time explaining to my warm market that network marketing is not a Pyramid Scheme instead of spending time explaining the benefits.

Recruiting someone from your Warm Market is good if you have already been in the industry for a long time and have a downline to move to another Network. However, the statistics prove that the Warm Market approach does not work for 95%.

Second, after very little to no success with your warm market, uplines suggest buying leads. These leads, which are expensive, are not true network marketing leads. They are just individuals that signed up for more information regarding a home based business. They are not true leads that are interested in your network marketing business. And, buying leads is not duplicable for a beginning Network Marketer.

Third, after a while, most network marketers become convinced that this is not the business for them, depression sets in, and they quit.

However, before they quit, they ran out of money. They made very little if any money, spent hundreds to thousands on leads.

Well, don't let this happen to you.

Gather the skills that you need to be successful. Do internet research. Read as much as you can to gather as much information so you can build your MLM Toolbox.

Once you build your MLM Toolbox, you can then recruit and train your downline. Remember, it is your responsibility as a leader to your downline to make sure that you prevent them from making the same mistakes that you made. This will save them time and money.

Here are some basics to have:

1. An MLM landing page for visitors to opt in with an autoresponder

2. An MLM Company with great support and excellent product line

3. A Lead Generation System to build your own database of targeted leads.

It generally takes an individual at least 7 times to review something prior to making a decision.

If you lead your prospects to success, they will follow you.
