There are always a lot of detractors when it comes to MLM, Network marketing or Referral marketing. Most of these folks are like I was. I used to be negative on the industry as I had joined about six different companies and made no money. In my mind the equation was Join Network Marketing = Lose my money!
One thing I did know was: I needed educating on how to make money in Network Marketing. Once I found a company with a good training program I made money but not as much as I wanted. My next company, which is still paying me eight years later was much better.
The first two years got us up over 3,000.00 a month. After that, our Network Marketing income has averaged out to be over 6,000.00 monthly without a lot of effort for several years.
During early 2003 I had a stroke and was not able to work. My wife was home caring for me and yet our paycheck came in like clockwork. Compare that to a regular job where the paycheck would stop and your boss would hire your replacement within 30 days in most cases.
Don’t get the idea that this business isn’t work, because it is. The hard work is concentrated in the first 2-3 years and then, as you have leveraged your business with other people the work gets much easier. At that point, you make the decision on how hard to work based on your personal growth objectives.
I have worked for myself and done many types of businesses from advertising & publishing to managing a service station and managing a self storage facility. There is no job that can compare to Network Marketing’s time and money freedom.
Your biggest obstacles will be finding the right company, the right mentor and being patient enough to get through the learning curve that everyone goes through as they enter this business.
