Do You Love Cold Calling? Hmmm, I certainly don't.
What about warm calling? You have already met your prospect from your child's baseball team, or met the person at a recent get together? It doesn't get any easier, does it?
How about inviting someone who you know would be perfect, to discuss an awesome business opportunity? You know it's fantastic. They would too, if only they would listen, and give it a go?
Is this how you feel? Then read on.
One of the keys to success in network marketing, is to stop chasing people. When you chase your prospects, they want to run. When you are desperate to sponsor someone, you are your own worst enemy.
By getting yourself to a point where you realize that your time is more valuable, you will start sponsoring more people, because you have stopped needing to.
People will see you as leader. You are too busy sorting through your 20 prospects a day, to make more than one follow up call.
Making them drag information out of you, and being neutral in your response is more productive, than excitedly giving them oodles of information.
Here's the interesting thing. Now you aren't chasing money. You aren't chasing prospects. People are seeing that you aren't coming from a place of need, and will want to start working with you.
It's important that you keep educating yourself, and have something more to offer people than just your business opportunity.
Make yourself, or the chance to work with you and learn from you, the real opportunity.
Think about why would someone want to work with you? Can you offer leadership, a skill, or an awesome work ethic that people would want to follow?
The bottom line is to increase your value, and you will increase your income.
